Which materials are suitable?
Sublimation suits polyester and products specifically prepared for sublimation, such as suitably coated mugs or metal panels. It is not intended for direct transfer onto ordinary cotton. Dark substrates affect the appearance because the print has no white underbase.
Roll size and layout preview
The paper is 600 mm wide, with a 580 mm active printing width. The order form checks whether your chosen artwork dimensions fit the roll. The preview lets you inspect the full layout and length. Transfers are supplied on the roll, not individually cut.
File preparation and pricing
Do not mirror artwork before uploading: the system does this for production. Pricing is based on linear metres of roll, not the number of colours. A quote requires an active price list; submission is unavailable while the price list is unconfirmed.
Frequently asked questions
What happens to white areas?
White is not printed. White or transparent areas of the artwork show the colour of the product underneath. Check your substrate before ordering.
Will it work on any mug?
No. The item must be suitable for sublimation. Follow the specific product manufacturer's instructions for temperature and pressing time.
