Consumers generally have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from standard, non-personalised goods without giving a reason.
Exception
The right does not apply to transfers, printed textiles or other goods made from your artwork, dimensions, quantity or other specifications. Conformity complaints remain available.
Return and refund
Return eligible goods within 14 days of notice. The consumer pays direct return costs unless the goods are non-conforming or agreed otherwise. Refund includes the least expensive standard delivery offered and may be withheld until goods or proof of dispatch are received.
