- describe the issue and affected quantity;
- attach clear photos of the goods, packaging and shipping label;
- do not discard or return goods before instructions.
Statutory rights
The seller is responsible for lack of conformity existing at delivery and appearing within the statutory period. Consumers first request free conformity, normally replacement or re-production; price reduction or termination is available under statutory conditions. These rights are not limited by a commercial guarantee.
DTF application
Test one transfer before bulk application and follow the supplied instructions. Incorrect temperature, time, pressure, textile or peeling is not a production defect where the product and instructions were compliant. This does not affect rights for genuine non-conformity.
Return address
After approval, send goods to Cesta XIV. divizije 73A, 2000 Maribor, Slovenija. OTON bears the cost of a justified complaint where required by law.
